The image is a blurry, disoriented Mr. Krabs from the 1999 SpongeBob episode “Patty Hype,” in which he spins around a chaotic, crowded Krusty Krab. A screenshot of him mid-daze — his surroundings smeared into a blur — became a reaction image around 2018. It spread first on Tumblr and Reddit before crossing into mainstream use.
